甘肅變壓器的絕緣事故分析與防范

  1.絕緣帶故障情況 

  變壓器大型電力變壓器的安全穩定運行日益受到各界的關注,尤其越來越多的大容量變壓器進網運行,一量造成變壓器故障,將影響正常生產和人民的正常生活,而且大型變壓器的停運和修復將帶來很大的經濟損失,在這種情況下掌握變壓器絕緣受哪些因素影響,會造成變壓器損壞,對變壓器安全穩定運行有一定的好處,使變壓器長期在受控狀態下運行,避免造成變壓器損壞,對變壓器安全可靠運行具有一定現實意義。 1.1變壓器的絕緣事故的分類 

  電壓器的絕緣電阻傷亡事故一(yi)半(ban)分為(wei)下(xia)例4類: 

1.1.1電(dian)機(ji)定子耐壓交(jiao)通事故。 

  指(zhi)主隔(ge)(ge)(ge)熱性、匝(za)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)熱性、段間隔(ge)(ge)(ge)熱性、引線隔(ge)(ge)(ge)熱性及(ji)端隔(ge)(ge)(ge)熱性等自放電、燒損(sun),使(shi)得的隔(ge)(ge)(ge)熱性責任(ren)事故。 

 1.1.2套管絕緣事故。 

  指(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線管(guan)外部電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)給予(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻損(sun)(sun)毀,還會瓷套爆管(guan)。還分(fen)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線管(guan)外電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)沿面損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)和冷空氣空閑時間的(de)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)。 

 1.1.3分接開關絕緣事故。 

  一(yi)般指(zhi)是因更換(huan)面板(ban)旋轉(zhuan)啟(qi)閉(bi)油(you)房間(jian)油(you)的隔絕(jue)承載力頻發變(bian)低,在更換(huan)分接(jie)時不可能(neng)滅弧,出現有載分接(jie)面板(ban)旋轉(zhuan)啟(qi)閉(bi)損(sun)毀。還(huan)(huan)還(huan)(huan)是否(fou)勵(li)磁電(dian)分接(jie)面板(ban)旋轉(zhuan)啟(qi)閉(bi)和有載分接(jie)面板(ban)旋轉(zhuan)啟(qi)閉(bi)裸漏的導(dao)體相互間(jian)電(dian)池充電(dian),出現紅黃、相對性地(di)或級間(jian)串電(dian)的事故(gu)原因。 

1.1.4鐵心絕緣事故。 

  指(zhi)(zhi)鐵(tie)心的(de)(de)硅鋼片對地耐壓(ya)壞損(sun),引(yin)發鐵(tie)心多一點與地面。另指(zhi)(zhi)鐵(tie)心的(de)(de)結構框架接(jie)點間(jian)的(de)(de)耐壓(ya)壞損(sun),呈(cheng)現(xian)環流引(yin)發不規(gui)則溫度過高故障(zhang)問題。 

  所(suo)訴4類死(si)(si)亡意外(wai)中,電(dian)機繞線絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻死(si)(si)亡意外(wai)的(de)危(wei)及大。 

1.2變壓器絕緣事故根本原因 

  為探討箱式變(bian)壓器隔(ge)(ge)(ge)絕帶(dai)重大交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)事故的(de)(de)(de)(de)跟本(ben)原(yuan)因分(fen)(fen)析(xi),把的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)在隔(ge)(ge)(ge)絕帶(dai)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)變(bian)靜磁場(chang)(chang)構造(zao),以(yi)分(fen)(fen)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)變(bian)靜磁場(chang)(chang)構造(zao)(代稱的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang))和(he)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)變(bian)靜磁場(chang)(chang)構造(zao)(代稱耐(nai)熱(re)(re)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang))。的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)又可(ke)以(yi)分(fen)(fen)成(cheng)打雷影響的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang),基本(ben)操作影響的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)和(he)工(gong)頻的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)。對(dui)這三種(zhong)方法結構類(lei)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)各種(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)絕帶(dai)成(cheng)分(fen)(fen)表有各自的(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)。但其相(xiang)互點是的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)于耐(nai)熱(re)(re)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang),便要(yao)出(chu)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)絕帶(dai)重大交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)事故。按(an)的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)色(se)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)和(he)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)抗問題可(ke)以(yi)分(fen)(fen)成(cheng)3種(zhong)條件: 

1.2.1作用場強過高。 

  如110kV和220kV降血壓電(dian)抗(kang)器的第三點繞(rao)(rao)阻(10kV或35kV繞(rao)(rao)阻)在雷(lei)劈時冒出作用場強(qiang)如果超過電(dian)抗(kang)器本(ben)就(jiu)的正確耐(nai)熱場強(qiang),導致雷(lei)劈壞掉的隔絕(jue)責(ze)任人身(shen)意(yi)外(wai)。本(ben)身(shen)愿意(yi)的責(ze)任人身(shen)意(yi)外(wai)第二年也有發(fa)生了(le)。占總(zong)的繞(rao)(rao)阻隔絕(jue)責(ze)任人身(shen)意(yi)外(wai)比重(zhong)約為百分之幾。 

1.2.2作用場強過高加上耐受場強下降。 

  告之的(de)箱(xiang)式變(bian)壓器(qi)在運(yun)作(zuo)時電(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)帶(dai)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)毀損,拆解體檢得(de)知(zhi),電(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)帶(dai)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)有起霉(mei)這(zhe)類(lei)現(xian)象。打(da)雷閃電(dian)(dian)蠕(ru)變(bian)對油紙電(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)帶(dai)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)中的(de)濕氣(qi)比(bi)不上運(yun)作(zuo)蠕(ru)變(bian)刺(ci)激性。那么這(zhe)類(lei)根(gen)本原因(yin)的(de)死(si)亡(wang)(wang)問(wen)題(ti)比(bi)較(jiao)少,占總(zong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)機繞(rao)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)帶(dai)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)死(si)亡(wang)(wang)問(wen)題(ti)的(de)比(bi)列(lie)約為千(qian)分(fen)之幾。 

1.2.3耐受場強下降。 

  如箱式變壓器健康行(xing)駛(shi)中承受(shou)場強(qiang)驟降,在(zai)健康事(shi)業線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下無緣(yuan)(yuan)無故(gu)(gu)遭受(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)層電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)責任(ren)傷亡人身(shen)(shen)事(shi)故(gu)(gu)。之類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)層電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)責任(ren)傷亡人身(shen)(shen)事(shi)故(gu)(gu)過快(kuai)出(chu)現,占總的(de)繞(rao)阻(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)層電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)責任(ren)傷亡人身(shen)(shen)事(shi)故(gu)(gu)的(de)百(bai)分率已超(chao)90%。 

1.3正常運行的變壓器出現絕緣事故的兩種方式 

  一(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況運(yun)營(ying)的電(dian)抗(kang)器造(zao)成接(jie)地死(si)亡(wang)傷亡(wang)事(shi)(shi)(shi)故案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)有(you)(you)兩(liang)大類行為(wei),有(you)(you)一(yi)種叫的突發性式死(si)亡(wang)傷亡(wang)事(shi)(shi)(shi)故案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)。一(yi)些(xie)死(si)亡(wang)傷亡(wang)事(shi)(shi)(shi)故案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的優勢(shi)是:按暫行的有(you)(you)效防范性標(biao)準規范完成的有(you)(you)效防范性沖擊試驗合格率,各種線的檢(jian)測也未發掘死(si)亡(wang)傷亡(wang)事(shi)(shi)(shi)故案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的預(yu)兆。但在一(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況運(yun)營(ying)因(yin)素下(xia),電(dian)抗(kang)器的內部(bu)的突發性接(jie)地電(dian)壓擊穿(chuan)死(si)亡(wang)傷亡(wang)事(shi)(shi)(shi)故案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),繼(ji)電(dian)維護行動(dong)跳電(dian)。因(yin)此故障問(wen)題能(neng)量消耗大有(you)(you)小(xiao),或(huo)繼(ji)電(dian)維護行動(dong)的事(shi)(shi)(shi)件(jian)有(you)(you)快(kuai)有(you)(you)慢,電(dian)抗(kang)器搞壞的可(ke)怕層面大不同樣。

2.1.2隔熱破裂。

  東北(bei)地區的(de)(de)(de)(de)新型電力公司變電器有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是全(quan)密封(feng)成分(fen),程序運行時(shi)期(qi)不久,不低長年紀載。故(gu)此普(pu)遍(bian)還沒(mei)(mei)有(you)著(zhu)隔(ge)絕(jue)脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)故(gu)障 。倘(tang)若(ruo)考慮到隔(ge)絕(jue)脫(tuo)落(luo)影響(xiang)隔(ge)絕(jue)事(shi)件(jian),將(jiang)有(you)很(hen)(hen)很(hen)(hen)明顯的(de)(de)(de)(de)脫(tuo)落(luo)喻(yu)意。對(dui)(dui)因(yin)隔(ge)絕(jue)事(shi)件(jian)拆除(chu)(chu)檢測的(de)(de)(de)(de)幾臺變電器,曾對(dui)(dui)於(wu)脫(tuo)落(luo)程度較對(dui)(dui)其(qi)進行檢查報告,都還沒(mei)(mei)有(you)從脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因(yin)中找自(zi)己事(shi)件(jian)電子憑證。隔(ge)絕(jue)脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因(yin)是具有(you)和(he)很(hen)(hen)很(hen)(hen)明顯的(de)(de)(de)(de),有(you)電子憑證才可以揭牌,這樣應在排除(chu)(chu)其(qi)有(you)成功率(lv)。 

2.1.3油流帶電。
